GROUP CLASSES - Wednesday evenings 6.30pm-7.30pm at Camborne Wesley Hall, Chapel Street, Camborne TR14 8EG. £36 per half term of 6 classes, payable in advance - booking is essential as places are limited. The next block starts Wednesday 11th September 2019 - phone the practice on 01209 612197 to reserve a space and pay by card over the phone. The class is suitable for all levels as each exercise has easier and harder versions. Please bring your own mat, although some spares are available.

ONE to ONE Pilates in the clinic. Why have private sessions? Pilates emphasises good posture and working the body's core muscles correctly in a very specific way - this can take a while to master and the undivided attention of private tuition can help greatly. In addition, it can be a fabulous compliment to treatment - an individual Pilates programme can be developed tailored to your specific needs to strengthen problem areas and prevent recurrences of back pain or other injuries. Sessions are £35, or £95 for a block of 3 (recommended) - session times 45 minutes (but you will do as much exercise as an hour group class!)
